Until the end of this week will be completed recapitalization of the three Ukrainian banks - Bank Kiev, Rodovid the Bank and UGB (all Kiev), while the depositors will have access to 2 billion UAH of their deposits, said Acting Head of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Alexander Shapovalov, speaking at an enlarged meeting of the Prosecutor General.

According to Acting Heads of the NBU, as of today, 20 banks failed to comply with obligations to investors, amounting to some 10.5 billion UAH.

A. Shapovalov also stressed that the biggest problem remains with the two banks - Nadra and Ukrprombank, in particular, their only debt to external creditors more than $ 1 billion

As reported, the Government of Ukraine on 10 June, the program has decided to recapitalize to buy stakes in size from 86% to 99% of the three banks - Ukrgasbank (17 th in terms of assets), Bank Rodovid (20 th) and the bank Kiev (40 th).
